Thank you very much for taking the time to look through our website. Whether you are the parent of a current student, potential player, past member or just a browser, the website is designed as a place where you can keep up to date with our activities. It also gives you the opportunity to feed back comments, receive information and offer help and support!
The Parents Association's aim is simple.
"To advance the education of pupils attending the Music Centre by providing and assisting in the provision of equipment and facilities at the centre"

Senior Ensemble Auditions 2012
Auditions are scheduled to take place on 12th, 19th and 26th May 2012

String Players in Practice-a-thon in aid of young cancer patients
Approximately 90 pupils aged from 8 – 18yrs will play Reels and Jigs non-stop for an hour in support of CLIC Sargent, the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, at Harrogate High School.

The Nidderdale Musympics
Sunday, June 24th, Nidderdale High School, Pateley Bridge, 12 noon till 8:30pm
Towards the end of June, the Olympic torch is visiting this area.
To commemorate this special occasion, there will be a Musical event, organised by Harrogate Music Centre and hosted by Nidderdale High School.
The event will involve around 400 Musicians of all ages in a spectacular array of musical performance including Wind Bands, Orchestras, Brass Bands, Guitar Groups, Rock Bands, String Groups and a Stomp Band.
These groups will be from the Nidderdale community, as well as Harrogate, Skipton and Selby Music Centres.
